Please feel free to leave any comments as I always like to read about people's responses to my work and guide me in how to improve it. And thanks to those who have already posted. I will stagger the release of my photos over time.

I practise photography as a hobbie and have had no formal training in the art. I find learning in the field far more rewarding and leads one to a unique style.

I describe myself as a Landscape Photographer, though this is somewhat untrue. I prefer the term Freestyle Photography as I also enjoy capturing architecture and other interesting objects. I use both film and digital cameras to capture what I see. Digital lets you see the results immediatly, yet with film it is far more hit and miss (usually more miss as Sod's Law would have it). Yet the misses can thow up interesting features you would otherwise miss had they not been printed.

I'm not really into blogs nor blogging so I doubt I'll use this journal much. I think my adventures are evident enough in my photographs. Just buy my autobiograph when it comes out.
